An essential anticorrosion protection with the use of LCLs during mechanical
processing of high strength steels was established. Corrosion protection with of LCLs is
combined with the increased durability of the tool during 38KhN3МFА steel turning (~
1.6 times) and the increase of 12Kh18АG18Sh steel drilling speed as compared to
LCLo (~ 1.3 times).
The practical value of the results. New LCL of increased corrosion resistance
(patents for utility models No. 89417, 106988), which are used for mechanical
processing of high strength steels, have been developed. Industrial testing of LCLs
experimental group at "Navigator L" (Boryspil) was performed and rational
concentration was established. The possibility of LCL use in drilling and sharpening
technological processes of rotor and retaining ring steels in machine halls of power
plants during scheduled and emergency repair works was shown. The postoperative
corrosion protective effect of LCLs for 38KhN3МFА steel was confirmed.
